Single Sided PCB

These are the simplest printed circuit boards. Single-sided printed circuits do not require plating through holes and have a circuit only on copper layer.

Double Sided PCB

when fabricating double-sided boards, through-holes are usually required between the top and bottom pads; these pads are connected using a special copper plating process commonly referred to as Plated through Hole (PTH). This process and the resultant products allow interconnections between layers through all holes.

Flexible PCB

Flexible PCB or FPC is a patterned arrangement of printed circuitry and components that utilizes flexible based material with or without flexible coverlay. These flexible electronic assemblies may be fabricated using the same components used for rigid printed circuit boards, but allowing the board to conform to a desired shape (flex) during its application.

As the name suggests, flexible PCBs are flexible, and they can be folded or bent to some extent. They are made from plastic materials such as polyimide, which adds elastic properties to the PCB. Flexible PCBs establish electrical circuits while efficiently managing mechanical challenges. They are widely used in medical, military, and industrial applications.

Rigid-Flex PCB

Rigid-flex PCB are the electronic boards using a combination of flexible and rigid PCB board technologies in an application, Most rigid flex PCB consist of multiple layers of flexible circuit substrates attached to one or more rigid boards externally and/or internally, depending upon the design of the application. Rigid flex design doesn’t just maximize space and weight but greatly improves reliability.

Rigid-flex PCBs are a combination of rigid and flexible PCBs. The combination enables the development of mechanically challenging designs. Rigid-flex PCBs can replace an older, more traditional combination of rigid PCBs, connectors, and cables. As the mechanical connections are reduced, the overall efficiency of electrical contacts is enhanced, and the flexible part protects the circuit from mechanical hazards.

Multilayer PCB

Multilayer PCB is the circuit board with more than two layers, such as 4 layers, 6 layers, 8 layers, 10 layers etc. It is double-sided multiple. And with common features as more than two layers conductive traces, separated by insulating material between the layers, and the layer between the conductive traces must connected through drilling, lamination as required. Multilayer PCB board is with multi-layer conductive wire, high density drilling. It is widely used in electronic equipment.

Multilayer PCB board and double sided PCB board are main products we provide. We could support customer multilayer PCB production up to 26 layers by prototype and middle run. Multilayer printed circuit board is more and more used by different PCB designers due to multi-layer PCB board could meet the requirement of overload of weight and volume.

A Metal Core Printed Circuit Board (MCPCB), also known as a thermal PCB or metal backed PCB, is a type of PCB that has a metal material as its base for the heat spreader portion of the board. The thick metal (almost always aluminium or copper) is covering 1 side of the PCB. The purpose of the core of an MCPCB is to redirect heat away from critical board components and to less crucial areas such as the metal heat sink backing or metallic core. Base metals in the MCPCB are used as an alternative to FR4 or CEM3 boards.
